Our lovely client came to us looking for space that would welcome both her kids and grandkids in for meals and time together. Her hope was to have a clean, new look that would appeal to everyone, whilst still making it feel cozy for all of them to cook and eat together in.
This June, Lisa and fifteen other top interior designers from across the US- Nevada, New York, Texas, Michigan, California, Illinois, Florida and Ohio were treated to joining Cambria’s bi-annual Residential Style Makers Summit, in Minneapolis, MN. Cambria is the only family owned, American-made quartz producer whose products are made of 93% pure, natural quartz, making their product superior to the rest. Not only are their designs a stunning addition to any space, but they are also resistant to scratches, stains and have little to no need for maintenance.
Whilst living in Barcelona, I saw mini cacti being sold all over La Rambla, and I quickly developed a love for our prickly friends. They make any space feel so airy and light. There are so many types and colors to play around with, as well as some neat display options. My personal favorites are minimalist wall art pieces, terrariums that either sit on display or even hang from the ceiling, and the unique ceramic pieces that house multiple baby cacti. Much like my two head vases I filled with my own mini cacti garden just the other day!
What drives you to get involved in your community? Not only do we love being a part of projects that benefit Las Vegas and the youth, but team LED is driven to volunteer for a variety of reasons. We interviewed our team on why we’re each thrilled to be involved with the Las Vegas Showcase House and where that passion stems from.
Earlier this month, our entire team attended the groundbreaking of the Las Vegas Showcase House benefiting the Core Academy. It was so exciting to walk through the house and imagine what it will begin to transform into starting NOW! As a design team, it was also a privilege to interact with visitors who stopped by to see our plans for the master bedroom and master bath in Las Vegas’ historic Scotch 80s area.
We want to thank Nevada Women’s Business Center for inviting us to be a part of their panel of speakers to discuss social entrepreneurship last week! While our team was spread across the country completing projects out of state, Austrie represented Lisa Escobar Design on a panel discussion to chat about our approach to social entrepreneurship. With so many amazing women in business here in Las Vegas, we’re so proud to be able to participate in such events! Check out the video HERE!
Another six months have passed since the last Market (can you believe that?!) and team LED braved the crowds and rainy downpour for Winter Market a few weeks ago. We’re bringing our ten favorite market moments to you! So sit back and enjoy from the comfort of your home or office, we’ll spare you the blisters of walking miles and miles to see everything.
We’re grateful we attended High Point Market in High Point, North Carolina last week! We hope that you can live vicariously through our team here at All Por Ju as we bring to you highlights of the trip and share some amazing vendors we spent some QT with.

We love helping our #APJ readers out, keep the #AskAPJ questions coming! Annie tagged us on Instagram asking for help with the design of her narrow format living room & dining room. She shared the following picture as well. She says, “Here is a head scratcher. Our loooooong living room features some of our favorite antique pieces, but lacks color etc. We’re looking to replace dining chairs, but what style and color? How about different curtains? Ack! Help a design loving yet challenged gal! P.S. did I mention besides antique pieces and the floor I loathe the color brown?”
