A few weeks ago I attended the largest furniture show around, High Point Market in North Carolina. It was a trip full of information, growth and networking! I managed to snap over 140 images from my phone in the one day that Amber and I dedicated to seeing what was new and exciting in the world of interior design and décor. I’ve curated the best of the best for you and I’m sharing them over the course of a few different blogs. If you haven’t had the chance to read Part 1, get caught up HERE.
Continued from High Point Market Part 1….
The main building, IHFC, was the best place to be for first timers like us! There was plenty to see and many showrooms that I left a little piece of my heart with. Serge de Troyer was one of those… every piece so special in it’s own right!
This acrylic bench was the most amazing piece, there were hundreds of feathers floating inside of it!
I am easily drawn to colorful and bold art… but the canvas below caught my attention because of the bull. Like attract like as I am a Taurus. Beautiful work by Pittsburg artist Robert Robinson, as shown here in the RFA Decor showroom.
More fashion driven pieces in the RFA Decor showroom that I loved…!
I found the most adorable stools by a company from Argentina named Origen. This miniature herd of sheep and lamb would look great in a kids room or cabin style space!
When furnishings imitate fashion, this is what you get! This Kristin Drohan ottoman resembles a Chanel purse and I am obsessed with it, how about you?!
This next showroom features original art pieces with the most unique texture, Charles Harold Company. How exquisite are these color combinations?
There was a heavy presence of antiques and one of a kind vendors in High Point, come back and visit for another post where I share all of that!
If you attended High Point Market, tell us what your favorite showrooms were. Do you have any tips for the next show or a first time attendee? Share with us, we’d love to hear from you!
