Dorm Room Done Right
For most college freshmen, moving into the dorms this fall will be their first foray into independent living, but that doesn’t mean it comes without rules: no holes in the walls, no paint, no removing furniture, no damage to the room. But don’t despair, there’s plenty of ways to make the room your own, and make it suit your needs.

Cambria Style Makers Summit 2017
This June, Lisa and fifteen other top interior designers from across the US- Nevada, New York, Texas, Michigan, California, Illinois, Florida and Ohio were treated to joining Cambria’s bi-annual Residential Style Makers Summit, in Minneapolis, MN. Cambria is the only family owned, American-made quartz producer whose products are made of 93% pure, natural quartz, making their product superior to the rest. Not only are their designs a stunning addition to any space, but they are also resistant to scratches, stains and have little to no need for maintenance.

WithIt Scholarship Awarded to LED Team Member Hannah!
This year, in honor of WithIt’s 20th anniversary, student educational scholarships were awarded to women studying to be a part of the design industry. One of these recipients was our youngest team member, Hannah Carlton. This June, she had the pleasure of being flown out to the WithIt 2017 Annual Professional Women’s Conference for the Home and Furnishings Industries, in Charleston, SC. Here she had the opportunity to listen to many keynote speakers, given by influential women in the industry. The impressive list included Eleanor Beaton, President and CEO of Impact & Influence for Women, Carol Sankar, author of The Confidence Factor For Women in Business, Lynne Jensen-Nelson, Conversion-omics Sales Training, and many more influential interior designers, decorators and home furnishing industry icons.

LVSH Groundbreaking
Earlier this month, our entire team attended the groundbreaking of the Las Vegas Showcase House benefiting the Core Academy. It was so exciting to walk through the house and imagine what it will begin to transform into starting NOW! As a design team, it was also a privilege to interact with visitors who stopped by to see our plans for the master bedroom and master bath in Las Vegas’ historic Scotch 80s area.
