This year’s Las Vegas Summer Market was full of fantastic moments that made team LED stop and take it all in. We thought it would be fun to share with you our top 10 Market moments of shock and awe, so that you can look out for these stunning pieces in future designs!

Cambria Style Makers Summit 2017
This June, Lisa and fifteen other top interior designers from across the US- Nevada, New York, Texas, Michigan, California, Illinois, Florida and Ohio were treated to joining Cambria’s bi-annual Residential Style Makers Summit, in Minneapolis, MN. Cambria is the only family owned, American-made quartz producer whose products are made of 93% pure, natural quartz, making their product superior to the rest. Not only are their designs a stunning addition to any space, but they are also resistant to scratches, stains and have little to no need for maintenance.

LED Teams up with WithIt
Las Vegas Market boasts of wonderful events, happening parties and of course great design. We told you about our team’s favorite moments of LVMKT here, but we definitely need to elaborate on the amazing opportunity Lisa had to speak as part of the WithIt panel featuring social media celebrities at the Somerton Dwelling showroom at Las Vegas Market earlier this month. As a team, we’ve attended some pretty fantastic events hosted by The Media Matters – one being a farm to table dinner at the Woodard Furniture showroom along with elite editors from various publications during High Point Market last April.

Woodard: 150 years of Excellence
The unlimited amounts of inspiration and square footage of furniture and décor resources at High Point Market can be quite overwhelming. Walking from showroom to showroom starts to feel like déjà vu. Every once in a while, something special comes along. For us, that was Woodard Furniture! Being in business for over 150 years, Woodard has kept pace with ever-changing design trends and continually produced new outdoor collections year after year. Much more than collections of residential and hospitality furniture, Woodard has their own lines of outdoor rugs, umbrellas, bed swings and fire tables too. Walking through the showroom we saw and touched materials firsthand, we quickly learned that their outdoor fabrication was much more than metal and wicker furniture. Woodard introduced us to something with great appeal, luxurious {outdoor} pieces that most clients would source for their interior spaces. Style, function and quality reside in Woodard’s craftsmanship. Here are just a few of our favorites:

Market Roundup: Celebrating 10 Years Part 1
Hats off to Las Vegas Market for hosting quite the party last week! With over 5 million square feet of showroom space to see in five days, we were busy bees. If you missed my Las Vegas Market Tips post, catch up HERE to see how we approached this challenging feat.

9 Days in New York City
I’m back from the Big Apple and I’m pretty sure it was just all a dream. Did I really stand on the rooftop of The Met and watch the sun set? (Yes!) Was I at the Yankees game when A-Rod got his 3000th hit? (almost!) Did I see a dead guy on the subway? (that’s true too) New York City seems to offer it all, and I want to share with you some tips that made my trip extra magical.

My Latest Pinspirations
Check out what I’ve been Pinning these days… lots of cozy spaces with minimal color and maximum style, lounging pool floaties with tons of personality, and a wonderful reminder of the history that took place earlier this week in the USA… #LOVEWINS!

Spotlight on Vegas Business
I spent my Memorial Day different than most, instead of pool parties and BBQs I had the opportunity of visiting Nicole Taylor Sharp and Mark Weinberger on their talk radio show, Spotlight on Vegas Business. What an experience it was! Upon arrival I met a few other local business owners… Dave Olesczuk from Fitbody Bootcamp, Lia from Belia Beauty and Skin Care (such a sweetheart, she donates her time and services to Cancer patients…my Mom will be seeing her soon for an oncology facial!) and finally Ruth Furman of Imagewords, a PR Queen and friend of mine.
